We welcome the WebSci community to Rutgers University’s College Avenue Campus, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. Rutgers is a public research university, known for its commitment to cutting-edge interdisciplinary work in the fields of technology, data science, and AI, making it a fitting host for WebSci’25. Beyond research and education, the area around Rutgers is known for its great food, rich history, and diverse culture.

VENUE

The event will take place in the Rutgers Academic Building, 15 Seminary Place, College Avenue Campus, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

VISA

During the registration process, you will have the option to say you need a visa support letter. Registered conference/workshop participants can request visa support letters from ACM (https://supportletters.acm.org/)

TRAVEL

The venue is conveniently located near Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), which offers a wide range of domestic and international flights.

New Brunswick has direct train connections to New York, Philadelphia, and DC. The New Brunswick (NBK) train station is a 10-minute walk away from the conference venue and the conference hotel. Both Amtrak and NJ Transit trains stop there.

HOTEL
